NBA free agency 2012: Spencer Hawes returns to Philadelphia 76ers with two-year deal

Spencer Hawes has agreed to a two-year, $13M-plus extension to return to the Philadelphia 76ers, Yahoo! Sports? Adrian Wojnarowski reports via Twitter.

Hawes was drafted by the Sacramento Kings with the No. 10 overall pick in 2007 and was traded to Philadelphia, along with Andres Nocioni, for Samuel Dalembert in 2010.

Hawes played in 37 games for the Sixers last season, 29 as a starter. He averaged 9.6 points, in 48.9 percent shooting, 7.3 rebounds and 1.3 blocks.
