Nichaon Jindapon beats Tatjana Bibik to surge into Women?s Singles main round at Hong Kong Open 2012

Thailand?s elite shuttler Nichaon Jindapon lived up to expectations as she secured her berth in Women?s Singles main round after defeating Russia?s Tatjana Bibik in qualifying round contest at Yonex Sunrise Hong Kong Open 2012 on Tuesday, November 20, in Hong Kong.

The in-form Thai shuttler, who stayed in commanding positive all the way into the qualifying round, maintained her positive run in the arena and showed exit to her Russian challenger while consuming just 33 minutes on court.

Jindapon showed her brilliance from opening points by playing attacking badminton and remained successful in defeating her Russian opponent in straight games with a dominating margin on score board.

In the meanwhile, Tatjana played positive and aggressive badminton in the arena but not enough to create pressure on her Thai challenger. She could not dominate the pace of rallies in the ending points and lost the match in straight sets.

In the first game, the in-form Jindapon showed a staggering feat in the arena as she played shots with impressive variations from starting points.

The impressive speed and incredible finishing touch helped Jindapon to maintain her upper hand in the arena and she remained in complete control of rallies.

Until the end of starting half of starting game, the aggressive Jindapon got a strong position on board by taking a reasonable gap.

Tatjana tried her best to show aggression but could not take control of the game and remained struggling in the concluding part.

The in-form Jindapon did not slow down the pace of rallies at any stage and easily took the opening game with a reasonable 21-18 margin on the board.

Jindapon did not lose her superiority at any stage in the first half of second set as she played with control and aggression.

The in-form Jindapon remained consistent in playing with remarkable speed and eventually set up a huge lead until the one-minute break.

After the interval, the attacking play of Jindapon helped her to maintain her supremacy in the arena and she remained successful in winning the second game with a four-point advantage of 21-17.

Jindapon registered a decent victory over Tatjana in straight games with a reasonable 21-18 and 21-17 score on the board.
