Opportunity to work with a collaborative HR team supporting the corporate client group of this leading financial services business providing a wide range of banking and financial services to personal and corporate customers. ?

To be successful you will have the following skills & experience:

• HR generalist experience - employee relations, salary reviews, performance management, talent & succession planning, change management, policy & process development;
• Ability to plan, develop & implement organisational design and change programs;
• Solid influencing & stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to translate the needs of the business into practical HR solutions;?
• High level attention to detail - exceptional organisational skills;
• Ability to flex between transactional HR and providing high level support to senior stakeholders;
• Ideally 5 years + experience working in a banking/professional services/financial services environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related industry.
