Why?:
The broker position is for individuals looking to become more involved in the real estate industry. Once you upgrade to a broker?s license, you gain the ability to not only rent, but sell both residential and commercial property. This means a lot more?responsibility, a lot more organization and a lot more money. Anyone looking to become a licensed broker must be confident in their real estate knowledge, especially when it comes to the current market they are working in. This often comes with being in the industry for a few years.
