Headaches are common and we all have experienced it at some point of time or other. Regardless of the level of pain (slight pain, moderate, one side, or unbearable), it can leave you exhausted. You may face difficulty in concentrating on other things.

Each individual may have a different reason for headache that triggers suddenly depending on the headache type.

? Watery eyes on the same side of the face

? Severe pain on one side of the head

? Nasal congestion

Trigger Factors

These headaches are not heredity and are generally caused among individuals with a history of smoking or drinking alcohol. The histamine level increases in a person?s blood and urine. This dilates or expands blood vessels causing cluster headaches.

? Abstain from drinking alcohol

? Prescription medications
